Getting Started

Core Studio Workflow

Design a digital human for your brand, connect approved company knowledge, validate its responses in a private preview, and embed it on your website. DigitGPT Studio centralizes persona configuration, workspace access control and deployment.

Try a digital human before signing up

On the public home page, use the interactive live player to start a conversation immediately. Select any of the ten featured digital humans using the portrait rail or arrows, then choose Microphone or Keyboard. You can also launch any persona in a dedicated popup player.

Each public persona has its own appearance, vocal identity and role instructions. Public trials require no camera or account and run for up to 60 seconds per session under fair-use visitor and network allowances. Public demos operate on illustrative role scenarios without access to private workspace documents or external business tools—do not enter confidential information during a public trial.

Create your first assistant

  1. Sign in to DigitGPT Studio and select or create your brand workspace.
  2. Click Create an assistant and define its display name, business role, behavioral instructions and opening greeting.
  3. Select an avatar, voice and language model from the studio catalog, then save your draft.
  4. Open Company Knowledge to upload approved documents or import selected website pages. Once processing reaches READY, attach the relevant knowledge groups to your assistant.
  5. Start a private preview session. Test common customer questions, edge cases and out-of-scope questions to verify how the assistant responds.
  6. Publish the assistant, configure your authorized website domains, and copy the generated iframe or floating widget snippet.

Pre-launch checklist

  • Clearly disclose to visitors that they are conversing with an AI digital human.
  • Verify pronunciation of brand names, pricing, dates and policy exceptions with your selected voice.
  • Confirm that the assistant is linked to the intended workspace and approved knowledge groups.
  • Test microphone permissions and domain authorization directly on your production HTTPS page.
