Legal & Acceptable UseBy accessing DigitGPT.cloud or embedding a DigitGPT digital human on your properties, your organization agrees to use the platform lawfully, transparently and within your subscribed workspace quotas.
Customer responsibilities and acceptable use
- AI Disclosure: You must clearly inform end-users that they are interacting with an AI digital human rather than a natural person.
- Content & Likeness Rights: You may only upload portraits, voice configurations and documents for which you hold full intellectual property rights and explicit consent.
- Regulated Advice: Digital humans provide informational assistance grounded in your supplied sources; they do not replace licensed legal, medical or financial professionals.
- Domain & Credential Security: You are responsible for maintaining your allowed-domain settings and workspace role assignments.
Subscriptions, quotas and service availability
Conversation minutes and scripted video renders are metered monthly in UTC according to your active workspace plan (Free or Pro). Idempotent render protections prevent duplicate billing on network retries.
