Conversation sessions and workspace quotas
Both the studio preview player and published website embeds report session lifecycle and duration to your workspace usage ledger. You can inspect current monthly usage for conversation minutes and video renders at any time under Billing & Plans.
Usage counters reset automatically at the start of each calendar month (UTC).
Scripted video rendering
The Content Library lets editors write a script, select a configured digital human and generate a downloadable MP4 presentation video. Each render request is protected by a cryptographic content fingerprint and an idempotency key to prevent duplicate job submissions.
Configure and save a digital human with your chosen avatar and voice.
In Content Library, create a script draft, save your changes and click Generate Video.
Use Refresh Video Status to monitor progress until the render reaches Completed and the download link becomes available.
Privacy and session transcripts
Workspace analytics track session duration and conversion funnel stages without storing raw audio/video recordings of public visitors by default. Review your privacy disclosures and workspace settings before enabling external analytics or custom transcript webhooks.
